Car charger with a power supply paddle is provided at one end of a cable extending from a power source apparatus. A paddle holder casing receives and holds therein the power supply paddle which is obliquely provided on one side wall of a housing of the power source apparatus, so that an opening of the paddle holder casing is oriented slightly upwardly from the horizontal direction. The power supply paddle is received and held in the paddle holder casing when it is not being used. However, car charger/tester comprises a casing, an integrated circuit board, an accumulator, two test terminals, a test tip, and an indicator light array to display a battery loading state. In order to prevent a second breakdown, while a car breaks down, car charger/tester will recharge the battery of the car and to test the battery and the generator of the car separately as soon as possible.
